We were just looking for a weekend to get away and this was perfect! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

The cabin was very clean and private. It was a little further out than expected, but overall doable. The rental agency was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I had lost a ring when I was there and the next visitor found it and called the office. They are working with me to have it returned. Truly a wonderful gesture from all.

My Husband and I have been together for 14 years and married for 8 years. This was the very first vacation we have EVER taken and it was definitely the greatest first one! The cabin was so cozy and clean. It was amazing! Your housekeepers sure know what they are doing!
We visited Gatlinburg and did almost all the attractions that were there. We will be hitting up Pigeon Forge next year and will be bringing our 4 son’s with us. My husband wants to make it a yearly trip and I agree. Thank you so much for making it special and a new vacation location for us!

Country Romance is a beautiful, peaceful getaway. It was perfect for our stay during the marriage retreat. I would definitely recommend this location for the ambiance, quality, charm, peace, security and serenity! ❤️

It was clean but could use some updates toilet shower carpet it was nice and cozy.

This vacation was great to relax and enjoy the quiet and the nature. The cabin was offered everything that you needed, rather breaking the pocketbook in the tourist areas for food, laundry. There is a super market down the road for all the necessities and a short simple drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg...

We had a 3 day getaway in the smokies for our anniversary trip and this cabin had just what we needed! Dont let the other reviews scare you away. The charming cabin was nestled back a private road just about 20 minutes from pigeon forge (going the back way in) had all the comforts of home. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed although very hard, like other reviews said,was fixed with a simple call to the office manager Bryan,and presto a memory foam topper was delivered swiftly and fixed that problem and we had a good nights rest. I agree with the other reviews the living room furniture is not comfy friendly and needs to be replaced. We just put the throw pillows under the cushions and it helped ! The hot tub is secluded and relaxing and the double shower and jacuzzi was nice.. we really liked some of the closer local mom and pop eateries and were appreciated and enjoyed by us! If you want the walk out the door to the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg this is not your place! If, however, a nice peaceful area, scenic drive on a 2 lane highway then just 20 minutes away to the parkway and a place to relax away from the noise but still close to everything and spend some quality time together we highly recommend it!

This one bedroom cabin was perfect for us. We went to this area to explore the Great Smoky Mountains Nation Park, but we wanted to stay away from the tourist attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This cabin allowed us to do so and explore the beautiful countryside. It was nice to come back to in the evenings and fix a home cooked meal and relax in the outside hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I stayed here last year for our first mini vacation. We loved it so much we just knew it would be the PERFECT place to return for our honeymoon! We love that it’s far enough from the busyness of Pigeon Forge but close enough to drive back and forth. I’m already looking forward to booking our next trip here!! The cabin is homey, spacious and not a difficult drive if it snowed. I love the jetted tub! I miss it already! We will be back soon!!

We loved everything about our cabin rental. Location was nice and secluded! Very easy to find. Very clean, and had all appliances we needed during our stay. Very easy booking process. And when I had questions they were very helpful and nice. We will rebook this cabin again in the future!

Had great time cabin was wonderful, very beautiful. Needs a bigger coffee pot. And did have but one roll of toilet paper.

Well maintained cabin off the beaten path. About 20 minute scenic drive to Pigeon Forge and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Online booking was fast and easy. The only complaints we had was that the bed was very hard and the hot tub jets would not work. We didn't try the hot tub of course until our last night.

Weekend getaway to the mountains for Christmas shopping and relaxing

We stayed here to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The rental company left a letter for us with a congratulatory note and a small magnet. That was so kind and thoughtful. Everything was as described. We loved the hot tub gazebo. It was perfect. The cabin was the perfect size for us and the kitchen seemed well appointed. We used the gas grill on the back deck and had coffee in the morning on the back deck also. The front porch had rockers for your leisure. The cabin was located a bit off the beaten path which was what we were looking for!
The cabin was nicely decorated in a more minimal style, which I find very relaxing.
If anything were to be critiqued I would say that the bed is a bit noisy but it was comfortable so that wasn't a big deal. The living room had a very nice sofa for relaxing.
My husband had a hard time connecting to the Wifi, but we have unlimited data and we were able to get a signal so it didn't really matter. We were looking to get away from it all.
We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The cabin was very clean, stocked with all we needed and even had coupons for the surrounding areas, as well as recommendations. The back porch and hot tub were very private.

This cabin was just perfect. My daughter booked it as a surprise getaway for my husband and I and it certainly did not disappoint. We will definitely be renting from Acorn Ridge again.

My stay was wonderful! Booking the cabin was easy and any time I had a question the staff at Acorn Ridge was easy to get ahold of and very nice. The cabin was tucked away allowing for peace and quiet making it easy to relax. It was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. A great perk is the road going to the cabin isn't narrow and straight up the side of a mountain like most other rentals! It's a great getaway.

This was our fist time staying in a cabin. It was wonderful, It was everything that was shown/described on the website. My husband and I will definitely be back to stay.

Beautiful, well appointed vacation cabin furnished nicely, except bed is a little hard for my tastes. Tremendous luxury bath. Everything was in working order. The nice people at the Acorn Ridge office escorted me out to the cabin the first time which was a lovely gesture. Cabin is easy to find after being shown the way initially. Location is at the end of a dead end graveled road. Some close houses but feels very private. A great vacay rental in a decent location for a great price managed by nice people!!
